The
Finance Committee's primary responsibility is to oversee all
financial policies of the Parish and to ensure financial integrity.
Activities include working with the Treasurer in developing the
annual budget; reviewing and monitoring endowments, cemetery and
building funds; recruiting an Audit Committee to review financial
records
of church groups annually; reviewing the use of special
funds and designated gifts to assure the intention of givers;
overseeing the annual stewardship campaign and any other church
related campaigns; and any other matters that may be assigned to the
Committee by the Vestry.
